I've been feeling this way for two days and I don't know what to do. I have non stop headaches, my neck and upper back is sore, my eyes are sore & watery, I feel a little dizzy, my mouth is dry, I coughed up mucus with blood on it (one time), I'm sweating, I hot one minute then I'm cold the next minute. I've taken Zyrtec because I thought it was allergies. But the last time my allergies started acting up I didn't have half of these symptoms.. Please help!

There's a terrible flu going around that is being described as an "epidemic". It is the worst flu outbreak in many years. You probably irritated your throat and ruptured a small capilary, thus the blood. That's not likely a big deal.

I don't know how old you are. Are you a teen or in your twenties? If you are I would recommend you see a doctor just to rule out meningitis, which can hit your age group and can be very dangerous. The headache and neck aches can be consistent with meningitis, which can be very, very serious - even life threatening.
