    Secure Sites
    Hi,
This is not a major problem, meaning it can be solved by going through some steps. But, there are many things to check out to find it, called Troubleshooting.
Here is a site, that has some very good steps to go through, checking each one with your Internet Explorer settings:

    http://www.duxcw.com/faq/win/xp/secure.htm

This site is for XP. Since you didn't tell us your windows version, maybe this site will help anyway.
    Best of luck,
    fredg

thanks. I'm using xp all right.

error message is cannot find server/DNS error.

This came cause I resetted everything to manufacturers setting (reinstalled windows using hp restore) since windows restore didn't work (some stupid driver were deleted and its in the hp restore rescue backup)

After reinstalled all registry were erased and had to re-enter serial/re-install program. But files/programs are still intacted.

There, that's how the problem came about.

    Now I can't create a new account in www.runescape.com
on shopping sites or many other website requiring some proxy server settings

Here's an ex of a java error:
An error occurred while launching/running the application.
