How can I tell if he's upset because he lost my company or something else ?

I need more information, more history. This is too vague.

Well,two weeks ago I was sitting with my guy friend. We were both mocking in each other and having a pretty much good time but then I saw the guy I have a crush on looking at me ,and ever since that he has been upset, frustrated and I asked the my guy friend if there was something upsetting my crush but he said he was normal earlier so that leads it to me I think.
But at the same time I don't think he really cares that much to get jealous.
And the history we used to talk a lot and we talked at school for a long time and he'd mock me and do all kinds of flirting but I would shut him down every single time but now I have no idea what happened is it because I'm no longer that hard to get or what..

How can I forget him when I feel like he's the only one I love that much
And every time he looks at me my heart skips a million beat all at the same time
I feel good when I know he's thinking about me but yet how can I be sure?
It's to confusing and is it true that the harder we work for a relationship the better it feels when we earn it?

Which guy is this a friend or the jealous guy? How old are you both?

The crush is the jealous one on the other hand the other guy is just a friend of both of us!
