Ok, first the introduction area is to introduce yourself, so if you wish to do that please do.

I have moved your question to the legal area so you may get some better answrs.

Ok, I don't know who "guy" is, so are you answering someone's question, I could not find another post by you.

But I understand you have an accident this morning, you did not get hurt, You do not have any car insurance, and there is a loan on the car.

OK, whose fault was the accident, did you hit another car, did another car hit you. So whose fault is it. If someone else hit you, you can sue them or their insurance will pay for it.

Next if it is your fault and you don't have insurance, you will have to pay to fix your own call, and you will have to continue to pay the loan payments.

So you just have to pay for everything if it is your fault and you have no isurance. Also of course the posiblity that you did or will get a ticket for no insurance
