Old movie in color about a bunch of kids living in a big city. There was a few kids living in the same building, one was a girl. They shared one bathroom and the little girl would do favors for candy and sweets. The cops were corrupt. The boys went away for something and when they returned the girl was a big fat prostitute and the bar they were in talking had booze running through the water pipes of the building because booze was illegal or something. I believe that was the end of the movie or very near. Most of the movie was about the lives of the kids and what they saw .

Once Upon a Time in America. Watch the long version, though, it's way better.
