I am confused if these are signs of a man that wants to be serious about me.

1) he tells me is not about sex
2) he calls me briefly, he has a busy schedule
3) he texts back
4) he tries to resolve issues when I break things off
5) he explains to me how busy he is
6) he tries to see me after work but late
7) we don't go out anymore because he is extremely busy opening 3 new businesses in the summer
8) we don't have sex every time we are together, we just cuddle together some times
9) I don't see him as much, again because of his busy schedule for now
10) I know he is not cheating
11)in conclusion he expains to me that things will get better after he opens his business then he will buy a house close.

It is a sign of a man opening three businesses and as such he is very busy. Too busy to take on a full relationship. He really hasn't given you a reason to think it is anything else. Be supportive and things should improve.

We aren't there. We can't possibly know if he is making all of these businesses up, is actually married, has 5 girlfriends, or if he really does care about you and really is as busy as he says he is. If you don't have a sense of the truth, which you get when you are close to someone long enough, the way their voice is or how they look you in the eyes, then you need to keep your options open. I do know that there are plenty of people who fit his description - just plain working too much. In fact, that's why a lot of the nicest ones are single and available.

These are signs to not give your heart o tthis stranger and have high "love' hopes that are fantasy.
