So I met this really great guy, he attends the same College level school as I do. He is super sweet, and funny, and considerate. He is also one of my best friends. But he sees me as a little sister. (Which is a high complement as I know he is very close with his sisters). Over the past few weeks and months, I have started seeing that he is exactly what I have always wanted in a guy. I think he may be "The One" God created for me, but I don't know how continue our friendship. Because first, our school has a no dating policy, second he thinks of me as no more than a sister. But I can't keep going on as if I don't have special feelings towards him.

Sounds like a crush. There is no 'one'. It is silly to think there is only person you will be compatible with. There are millions of men out there who you could get into a relationship with in the future...

Why not ask him out?

If not think of your current circumstances.. maybe right now due to the current place in your lives is not the best time or place to start dating.

First you have to break the friends zone before you ask him out. Maybe he thinks you just think of him like an older brother. He might like you but he doesn't know if you think he's just a friend. Send subtle hints first.. Flirt a little with him by playing with your hair, making eye contact a lot and smiling, and touching his shoulder when you talk. Then see how he responds and take it from there.
