What could be the cause of all this pain and numbness I have. My hands hurt when I squeeze them together and my legs are numb and painful at the same time. Also my legs have been cramping. I feel totally wore out, no energy.

That is hard to say, I would talk to a doctor. That would be the best way to figure this out.

Please understand that we can't see you. You age, gender, weight, area of the world, diet, medications, basic health like BP and blood work and simple neurological tests like squeezing the doctor's hands. You can't go online and say 'my whole body hurts' and get an answer. You could have something simple and easy to treat (like diet deficiency) and something serious - we don't know. Even a doctor examining you is going to have a tough time. Your symptoms are too vague. Sorry. If you don't have much money, at least get the CBC basic blood panel.
