    Hydrostatic sanitation test results
Hydrostatic pressure test sanitary system indicates "failed" inches of loss at riser: 4" --what does that mean? What is passing?

It means you have a leak somewhere in the drain system. The tester filled the system with water and it dropped 4" in whatever test period was required. It should show no drop.
