    Information on tenant laws
If I make a agreement with the park manager who answers to the owner of the park can he kick me out even if we made an agreement and not honor the agreement we made?

    Hello sw:

If you have ANY written agreement, then THAT is the agreement a judge will find binding on both of you, regardless of any verbal agreement that you might have made.

If you have NO written agreement, then you are probably on a month to month tenancy, and he probably can kick you out with reasonable notice.

I use the words "probably" and "reasonable", because trailerpark tenant law is different than apartment or home landlord/tenant laws. Plus, every state is different.

Does the park manager have the right to make the agreement,

    Was the agreement legal

Why are they kicking you out

Was this agreement in writing, is your rental or lease in writing

What was the agreement and why are they not honoring it if you know

For exaple, I have a "handy man" who works on my rental houses, he "answers" to me, but no agreement he makes with anyone is binding on me. I have not given him any authority to make agreements. Often he may tell someone "I will be there tomorrow" but I may end up sending him somewhere else, and he ends up (lying) to the other person. Of course I try and not to that very often.

Today was a good example, he promised someone he would get a load of wood hauled off their property, and he promised someone else he would delivery that wood to them, but he did not ask me if he could use the truck to do it, till this morning and I had other plans, so he could not do ot.

I know not to the level you are talking about, but if a person has authority or does not have authority to make agreements is one of the issues
