If I was placed on parole December 23,2008 from a 2003 conviction sentenced to 10yrs... My sentence expire January 14, 2013 and I caught another charge on December 18, 2012 will my case be closed out or will I serve jail time for the violation and if so how much?

If this was parole, not probation, you will owe them about one month to serve for the violation.
The parole would have been violated the date of the new crime.
