I have a medium lump on the top of were the pubic hair is.. I don't know what it is and its hard and hurts when I squeeze it

It's possibly an ingrown hair, but that's just a guess. We can't give you a diagnosis online. Either way, you'll need to see a doctor. If it is an ingrown hair it will need to be cut out by your doctor, not at home.

Ya, that's really the only option. We really can't tell you, based by a description, what's going on. There are many possibilities. The only way to find out what it is, is to see your doctor.
