Me and my girlfriend have been together for 1 year and 8 months but a week ago she decided that we should have time apart but I'm worried she is loseing interest in me I am having silly thoughts in my head and its my first ling realationship and I need advice on what the best thing is to do

Of course she is forgetting you.

Time apart means you have broken up, it is normally just a nice way to do it, without fighting, you part and each start seeing other people and it is over.

She has already lost interest or she would not have wanted time apart

We used to she each other everyday and now she said she just wants to see each other a dew days a week and stuff does that mean she is still lost interest

Give her the space she asks for. Don't keep calling and texting. If she feels smothered, then time away is what she wants.

I can do that but what do I do about the thoughts in my head she says she loves me but I think she is losing interest

You need to find something to keep your busy. Are you in school? Do you work?

I work but I just think about her all the time I feel week and sad I'm finding it so hard I just think she does not want to be with me anymore

Allowing someone that much control over your life is never a good idea. A good relationship should enhance your life, not be your entire life.

What is with the arguing? Are you sure it isn't more of a codependency rather than a relationship? Have you examined what is causing the fights? I agree with your girlfriend. I would want less drama in my life too. You both need friends outside of this relationship otherwise it will probably become stale and boring. Give her the space she wants and stop arguing. Then she might want to be around you more.
