I live in MI and I went into a loan with my uncle who passed away. We bought a larger modular home, that sits in a park, so that I could have room to take care of him. I'm having trouble now keeping up with payments as I am on disability, and the title/mortgage holder will not work with me because they say I need someone to sign off on my uncles part of the loan. There is no one to do that. I am desperate to get out of this place and get in to a REAL house. Can I petition a court? How can I do it? PLEASE HELP!
