    Singing pipes
We had our well worked on a couple of months ago. They had to pull the pump and repair the yellow wire. Ever since then, our pipes makes a horrid groaning when toilets are flushed. We think air must have been introduced to our system at that point. We can get the singing to stop by turning on a tap, but as soon as the tap is shut off, the groaning continues. It lasts a good 30 seconds each time. Advice?

Did the noise start immediately after the repair job 3 months ago?

Yes, immediately and no relief in sight. We have 5 toilets, and 4 of them set it off. The 5th toilet has a different cold water source and is not affected.

What is your psi and have you called back the people who worked on your system? It obvious to me something they did or did not do is the cause of the issue, I'm guessing excessive psi which would be best around 45 psi
