    Powdercoating Steel
When powder coating steel does one use a themoplastic or themosetting resin?

I would like to use an epoxy based resin. Is there both themoplastic and themosetting epoxy based resins?

    -------------

I am trying to determine the material properties of a epoxy resin on steel -- more specifically I am trying to determine a material that has a high coefficient of friction against an epoxy powder-coated piece of steel

What's more important is if it needs ultraviolet protection or not... not all powder-coats are equal.
