    So about 22 x 30.. If your sealer requires coming back hours or a day later for the second coat, I would charge $275 + the cost of the sealer. I bought a very expensive sealer and prices vary a lot.

    Are you a contractor? Or have been doing this for a while.
    I just retired and I was blessed by being a self doer and I'm getting a lot of jobs,but I think I'm leaving a lot of money on the table by not knowing the industry's prices.
    Granted I have nothing but time, it depends how much I want.
