I moved to Michigan in May after living in Indiana the beginning of the month. My employer was having taxes taken out for St. Joe county,MI and Indiana. How do I get the money back for being charged for all when it should just be Michigan?

If you work in IN and reside in MI there is a reciprocal agreement between the two states that allows you to pay taxes to MI only - to put this into effect you must submit Indiana's form WH-47 to your employer in Indiana:

I've done that. I was wondering how to collect the taxes that shouldn't have been taken from my check.
You should first inquire if you can get a refund from the employer.
If not, file returns with Indiana to request a complete refund.
