    Leaking kitchen faucet handle(dual handle)
OK, so I have a delta kitchen faucet. Its from the early 90's. It's a white dual handle quarter turn faucet set. My cold water handle is leaking whenever I turn my water on. Its not spitting out water like crazy, but just enough where its getting everywhere if left on to long enough. Its leaking from underneath the handle. I unscrewed the handle part with my hand. Then took a allen key and took out the little screw. Now from my knowledge, the handle should come off no problem, but it won't come off. I was assuming it couldn't come off because of lime build up? So I sprayed wd-40 around the bottom hopping it would release the handle. Yet the handle still won't budge. Any ideas?

Try using CLR WD-40 lubricates/not dissolve - sometimes you have to "persuade" a little. Be careful not to break/chip
