I had been coloring my roots with a great product to a level 5 brown, ash, to tone down the red I normally pull. Decided to color the shaft with a 5 & 6 toner, as the shaft was getting to red for my taste. The shaft grabbed and went really dark, to a level 3, so I stopped at a coloring specialist and had her foil my hair. She stripped it to a level 8 (way to light and NOT what I asked for) and when she (allegedly) applied the medium brown color the foiled pieces turned green! Now what? Her suggestion was to cut out the green! I don't think so. Please help.
