Hi my ex partner took me 2 court and got court order for him to have our daughter 4 hours minimum a week for the last 6 weeks he's cancelled or brought her back early and now over Xmas he never got in contact at all! Last contact was 19.12.12 then texted on 5.01.13 so no contact at all for 17 days & now he's decided he wants to see her! Where do I stand because my daughter who's nearly 6 is refusing to see him too?

The court order is in place and if you fail to follow it, he may try to take you to court for contempt. You need to discuss this with your local attorney to see if you can go back to make it perhaps a supervised visit on set days
