Im 8weeks pregnant but I started spotting on Saturday night, the next day I was bleeding lightly with mild cramps the ER did an ultrasound an shows an empty sac measuring at 5 weeks but with no fetal pole or yolk sac does this mean Im miscarrying? The doctors Im seeing are being very vague about it an not giving me a straight answer
