    You should ask your prescribing doctor or pharmacist.

    If you are using this recreationally... you shouldn't.

    I was on it and I was told between 6-8 weeks to see full effects. Everyone's body reacts differetly to medication and I agree you should talk to your primary care physician about how s/he expects your body to react to it. . Now if the symptoms it is prescribed for are worsening or you have thoughts of harming yourself you need to go to a doctor right away and discuss what is going on with them

    Seroquel time will be different for each person. A very psychotic and upset person might take a lot longer than someone using it to help sleep and keep thoughts organized.
