I tried laying on my right side and instantly had total abdominal cramping. It subsided when I rolled to my left side. I am 25 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I have already been having Braxton Hicks and this was not that or ligament pain. I decided to get up and walk it off. I ended up having the most intense Braxton Hicks I have ever experienced and it last over a minute.
