I Want to know some sites where I could earn excluding PTC and Survey sites and I also do not have Google adsense account ,so I do not want to work in those sites which required Google adsense account and I have average writing skills ?are there any sites where I could earn ?

There really are no online sites that pay you worth anything. Most are just scam sites that will want money up front. If it was as easy as signing up and sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours a day... many, many people (myself included) would be doing it.
