Anyone willing to take me in? My pearents are treating me like bull and I am fed up with their attitude. I am 13, asian, I have played piano for 8 years and won for 1st in houston and 3rd internationally. I've tried to talk to them, and make them happy but they always backfire on me. I like to play games and my dad does to. He told me ,just this morning, that I could ask him to play games and it would be fine. Well, I asked him and played for 30mins and next thing you know it, my dad tries to kill me, he's locked me outside for an hour, we have called the police, and I am embarressed in front of the police. I would like a loving, caring, family to take me in form one day to up to forever. I would prefer that this family has a decent home where I can study, and play. I would also want this family to not just accuse me of all the things I have done wrong in my live, but also encourage me to do better. My life is falling apart. My pearents contantly embarrass me and even thretened me with a knife. Please respond soon. If you are interested, In yourr email, please include-

If someone wants to adopt you, are your parents willing to allow that?

I have removed your email address not only for privacy, but it violates the rules of the site. It is very dangerous for a child of your age to put their personal email address on a global website.

Now, adoption doesn't work like you want it to. You would have to have NO parents to be adopted or your parents would have to place you up for adoption. Anything else could be considered kidnapping.

If you are being abused as you say you are, you have to talk to a trusted adult, the police, or a school counselor or teacher. For adoption to happen you will have to be taken from your parents legally and they would have to prove the allegations you are setting forth in this thread. Then your parents will be punished and possibly put in jail for locking you outside and threatening you with a knife.

We cannot put your email address back. It is against site rules to have off-site contact in regard to a question, and it is DANGEROUS to put a minor's email address on a public website.

Next--who do you honestly think wants to adopt a 13 year old? Most people who want to adopt want an infant or very small child to raise as their own. If a lot of people adopted teenagers, our foster care system would not be as overloaded as it is.

If you want out of the situation you are in, you need to talk to a trusted adult and report the abuse of your parents to the authorities.

It's against the rules of the site to put your email there.

If your parents are willing to give you up for adoption they will have to start the proceedings.

You do realize that no matter how pretty a family looks on a photo, being adopted by them might be your worst nightmare and make your parents look like saints.

For instance, if you lived here, you would be expected to pull your weight and share in all the household chores plus learn how to spell, and get good grades at school. You'd have to walk the eight blocks to and from the school (and my own kids did) since neither my husband or I would be able to drive you. We'd be watching your comings and goings, you probably would have a cell phone only for emergencies, and no video games until the spelling was good and grades were at least B's. And we are nice.

Then you tell a school teacher or counselor about the abuse in your home.

If you are really being treatenend and have called the police, then it is easy, they would remove you,
What country do you live in.
As Asian, if you live in China, what will happen when you call the police is different

Also what parents are allowed to do as punishment varies by nation also

Are you in the US? Texas perhaps?
