I am 17 not sexually active and resontly been having some itching on the hood of my clitoris and now some stinky white discharge no burning and the itching is not bad and the discharge has no odor do I have a yeast infection?

Well is their anything I can do in the mean time kind of embarrassed to tell my mom or go to the doctor so I've been reading online eating yogurt garlic and cranberry juice can get it back in balance.

This sounds like a common yeast infection. You can get Monostat over the counter. If it does not work you will have to seek medical attention.
