My washing machine is off balance.
I have a Kirkland Signature washer about 6 years old. When it spins it if off balance. How do I fix this, what parts do I need, where can I get a manual or do I need a repair service available.

Show a picture of the drain hose and how it connects to the washer stand pipe.

Why would you need a picture of the drain hose?

Because I may be able to tell you why the washer is going out of balance.
I really don't need to see the picture, I just need to know if the drain hose is sealed to the stand pipe.

Serious answer follows : does this happen for all loads? Is washer overloaded? The washer should be fairly level with all four(4) feet on floor.

I guess we will need a little more information. Is this a new washer? Is it top load or a front loader? If it is a new washing machine and it is a front loader make sure that the shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the unit. If it is a top loader pull the machine out and make sure that the self leveling feet are not obstructed by all the weird crap that seems to find its way under the machine
