I have a Utica boiler. The t-stats are up as well. I built my house 4 years ago, so it's a new system. It has a power vent. It did this last week and I killed the power to the unit and restarted it. Fired up and though it would be fine. But that doesn't even work now.

Sorry, time to call in a pro. Could be as simple as a pressure switch failure, or could be blocked vent, or faulty draft inducer. Lots of option here, but without being able to see the system first hand, and hot having the correct tools and equiptment to trouble shoot the boiler, its nothing but a guessing game from this end. Wishing you the best of luck, take care.
