They r taking my SSI because the say my wife make to mutch in one month that was the month of last year where over one got 3 paychecks in one month this was could the money bags year because it only happens one ever 5 years or something like that and that took it off that one month and she don't really make that mutch what can I do to fight this

Your question is very difficult to understand. However, you do have a right to appeal any SS decision.

Contact SS in your area.

But not in small claims court.

Sometimes they just don't handle different months of different incomes very well, expecting everyone to make the same amount each month. Bring copies of her pay stubs since then to your local state office.

Actually every year there is one month that has three checks if you are paid every other week.

You would merely appeal that and have them review it.
