I had came off my period last night 4.1.13 and had sex the very next day twice.. Is there a chance I could be pregnant ?

There is a slim chance, but yes there is a chance. Women all ovulate at different times, not just at certain days after periods. So yes you could be pregnant, there is no way at all to tell now, you will have to wait till your next period and see if you miss it.

Also if you do not want pregnancy you are still within the 72 hours for the morning after pill.
