    Low water pressure
    No water or little water pressure... replaced switch & tank.. now submersible well pump keeps running and will not go above 30 psi

    Sounds like a pump problem. How old is the pump?

    Be sure to set the pressure in the new tank at 2# below the cut in pressure. If your pump cuts on, for example, at 20#, then set the tank pressure to 18# with the system off and drained to zero pressure.
