Your vagina wouldn't hurt because you missed your period for 4 months.

Are you sexually active? It sounds like a possible STD.

This could also be a bladder infection, or a yeast infection, etc. etc.

The thing is, we can guess, but we can't diagnose. It's impossible to diagnose on the internet.

You'll have to tell your mom that it's time to see a doctor. It's very unlikely that you're having pain while peeing, and pain in your vagina, because of your period. There's something else going on here, and it needs to be looked at by a doctor.

It sounds like a UTI, urinary tract infection, very easy to diagnose (pee into a cup) and get an antibiotic. But that's just the most common thing, and it could be anything, so tell mom you have to go to the doctor.

It doesn't hurt when I bleed from my period but it does if I try to pee

Just because you are 14 does not mean you are not sexually active, we have girls here as young as 12 having sex. But I assume you mean you are not ( you never really answered that question)

You have an infection of some sort, it should not hurt when you urinate, and missing periods would not cause that to happen.

There are too many infections to even guess, and you need to see a doctor and have it checked.

Then, get to a doctor. The medicine they give you will help with the pain. There's no other way to deal with this.

You can't cure a UTI without going to doctor for a prescription. You can't buy antibiotics over the counter, and there are no at home remedies that will work. You will need to go to a doctor for this.
