They will send it to you or let you know when it's available to be picked up.

You contact the HR department for the WEB address where you can download it.

They will mail it to the address they have on record for you.

They are required by law to provide it to you by the end of January. Most employers mail them. If the end of the month comes and you don't have it, call them.

Walmart puts the W2 online ( at least they have last few years) Do you still have an employee log in to use ? Go to their web site. If not contact Human Resourse for more info.
