Check the settings. You could have the knob on the inside of the fridge turned down. If it's set on a low number turn it up.

What is happening? Did the freezer frost over? There are many reasons a refrigerator will not cool, such as dirty coils under the unit. Unplug and remove rear cover and wash out coils with spray soap and water. Replace cover before plugging back in. Unless cleaned, this can burn up a compressor, fast.
