I was blowing snow, I backed-up and started to move forward when the engine died; there is still fuel. I tried to re-start and there is no power, no lights, nothing. I verified the battery with a multimeter and it's got full power. Put new solenoid and still nothing.

Either blew a fuse, or the way the harness is is designed is affected by the PTO still being turned on.
