My daughter was diagnosed with mono a week and half ago. She also has a swollen lymph node on her neck and it first it was just one big knot, but today I noticed that it is going into 2 knots and is starting to bruise up. I am wondering if I should be more concerned about this than I already am. I am a nervous wreck about my baby being this sick. She goes to the dr in the morning but I want some one else's opinion. Please help!!

Sadly I really have no advice. I don't think you need to go to the hospital, but that's your call. She should be fine until she sees the doctor tomorrow, but again, this is a judgement call, and it's really your judgement that matters.

At 3, is there a urgent care center, they are normally open all hours and cost far less than ER

In Canada I could just call a number and not have to leave the house. It would be free. :)
