    Indefinate leave to remain
    I have a UK spouse visa for 2years now,which makes me due to apply for indefinate leave to remain. But my spouse is not co-operating in giving documents to support my application. Please what am I suppose to do?

    Hire a divorce attorney comes to mind, If they are not supplying needed documents then it appears they do not want you to stay and there is serious trouble in the marriage.

    What documents do you need he is not supplying?

    You may file as victim of domestic abuse if you have enough evidences. Consult with immigration attorney, this is not a DIY type of case. Good luck.
