1040 NR - Dependents live in Mexico
I have a ITIN for my dependents but they live in Mexico all year (12 months). Can I still claim them on my return because I provide more than 50% of their income?

If you are a Mexican national, then, yes, you CAN claim your dependents even if they are not in the U.S.

That is allowed for foreign countries which border the United States.
