She's always on time with her period but as missed it by a week. 2 days ago she started cramping and today she had light bleeding and cramps. Usually her cramps are severe before her period but this time she said they're weird. That they don't really hurt. The spotting is dark. She's also experience back pain and 4 days ago she was getting nauseous. The home pregotest are coming up negative. She hasn't been on because in a year. Wed just like to know what's going on

There's absolutely no way to give you a diagnosis online, it's impossible to do, especially for something like pregnancy.

Some women experience bleeding during pregnancy. She could be pregnant, or she could just be experiencing an off period, it happens all the time, to every woman, at least once in their lives.

Wait until her next period is due. If she misses it, or it's off, then try a pregnancy test using first morning urine. Any test taken now, likely won't be accurate, as it's a bit early to test.
