Hi there, so here it goes.
This was old animated movie featuring 2 gold colored robots (one male and the other female) who were created by an old man, and then he died leaving them all alone. After his death, the two robots were on the run from someone or something. Also, they may have been kids or adolescent robots.
Also, their trademark was a heart in their chest that gave them some type of power. And once their powers got low they had to replenish theirs hearts somehow.
This was not a series or comedy, but it may have been an old Disney movie. The movie seemed poignant and heartfelt from what I can remember. Any answers would be most helpful at this point.
