I know rest and eat soup and water and OJ but I can't sleep. Quick relif.. Anythig I took a pill to help with it but nothing is happening.

It depends on what's causing it. Mucinex may help clear your nose sooner... possibly an anti-inflammatory as well. If you have hot sauce or anything spicy laying around, give that a try.
