I can't get horny or get an orgasm, ever. Nothing seems to turn me on. I'm 20 & the last time I was really pleasures was when I was 15. Are you on any form of hormonal birth control? Do you have any diagnosed medical issues (including Depression) and are you on any medications?

One of the first things to do is to make certain you are healthy. If you are on any medications, check the known side-effects. Also ask your doctor or pharmacist about known interactions with other drugs, drinks, and foods. Some medical conditions and medicines can have major effects on your libido.

If you are healthy, look for other causes for a lowered libido such as stress and exhaustion. Stress can come in many forms. Sometimes it can creep up on you until something gives. For some, the libido is the first to suffer. Do you take time to relax? How do you de-stress?

You may need to think about how you approach arousal and exploring your sexuality. Females tend to need more than physical contact to become aroused. We tend to need more mental stimulation. Are you getting or allowing yourself to be mentally stimulated?

Could you be asexual. There are people who have no interest with sex with either men or women. I would investigate the medication first and if it is not that and you truly have no interest in sex , consider whether you are asexual.
