    Good Morning I am strongly thinking of accepting a position In NJ and I need to know the NJ Income tax rate for NJ residents.

    You can get the exact rates from the NJ tax website. Off-hand, I think it is about 4% for average workers, but rises to about 9% for high-income earners.
