I have been taking care of a 7 year old boy for over 3 years without any help from either parent. His father is willing to give up parental righs so that I can adopt him. The mother has moved several times and I don't know where she is or how to contact her. I received legal guardianship by filing the notice in the newspaper and now I want to adopt him. How can I seek termination of the mother's parental rights without a lawyer so that I can adopt him?

I live in Georgia and am seeking help on this sight because I live on disability income and am attending college online. There is no money for attorneys. Thank you for your reply.
