Is it Influenza, or a cold?
About 3 day ago, I starded to have a scratchy throat. The next day it had turned into a phlegmey cough. Next day the phlegm cough got worse, including a minor fever about 99, plus a running, and stuffy nose. Next day "Today January 2nd" I when I woke up I had a severely drier cough, I coughed so hard I almost couldn't breath, and it hurt my stomach. A few hours after waking, I got a much worse fever it was 101.4°f, and got very bad diarrhea, since this I've had 6 bowel movements none being solid. Still today I feel very weak barely able to push myself to stand. I am about to try sleeping but under the covers I begin sweating, when removed I am overwhelmed with goose bumps, and shivering slightly.

    To whom it may concern.

My question to you, Is what ails me. I feel like I'll be sick forever. Please let me know your thoughts

I had a viral illness recently that was very similar to what you describe, and I began to feel better after 5 days. Things to keep in mind are fever reduction (Tylenol/Motrin) and hydration. In the case of a viral illness, treatment usually consists of treating the symptoms as an antibiotic wouldn't be effective. Hope this helps. This is just my advice, and is not meant to be taken in place of the advice of a licensed physician.

I would say that without doing a medical exam anyone would be a fool to even guess and doing you an injustice. I would suggest after 4 days, you go and get examined by your docotr
