Im on 5year felony probation in Alameda county California... I just got my 1st Dui... will this violate my probation?

It may, what happened when you called and reported this to your PO.

Not reporting it, is a serious violation.

You did not say what your probation is for, how long you have been on it or any real details

Yes... a DUI is a crime that can carry jail time on its own... its not in the same class as a speeding ticket.

Also if your probation forbade you from drinking, the drinking would be a second violation and the DUI a second violation.

So most likely the PO will violate you, but most likely judge will just re-instate probation at the hearing ( my guess)
