Unknown ? Have you done any pregnancy tests ?

It could be just stress. My ex would have a period every 6 months

Yes I have did three total home pregancy test. All negative. But I go to the restroom frequently.

It don't fill like a period. I usually cramp badly when I start my cycle.

Possible UTI or other infections, time for a medical check to be sure.
