Got a simple possession/marijuana charge on Dec. 9 2011 Jackson Co./ NC. On Feb. 14,2012 got 15 days suspended and 1 year unsupervised probation. This past December 8, 2012 Madison Co./ NC got another simple possession/marijuana. Jan 3 date. Can I get a court appointed atty. And have it put off until after Feb. 14, or will I have to do time for it?

You can put off the court date all you want, the court date does not matter, the date that matters is when the new crime happened.

So when you called and reported the violation what did they say. I am sure you called since not calling is a much more serious relationship
