Okay, so I was charged with a misdemeanor assault and battery. I was put on probation for a lack of evidence and they said it was a "case without a finding" I had to do 48 hours of community service, but due to schooling, a busted hand, a busted shoulder and emotional problems, I have been only been able to complete 8 hours. Am I facing jail time?
Oh, and my probation officer won't be in for 3 months which is when my probation is up. Could they just extend my probation?
